Summary/Abstract: The article presents the concept of intellectual capital and the characteristics of the sector consulting – training and presents results of research, including evaluation of selected variables of human capital. The first part of the article contains definitions of intellectual capital, the second made a brief analysis of the training – consulting sector, and the last but not least shows the test methods and their results.
