Significance of intellectual capital in the process of cooperation publicand private entities

Summary/Abstract: The article presents which variables of intellectual capital affect the implementation of public-private partnership. Intellectual capital was devided into three groups: human, social and organizational capital. The conclusions contained in the article are based on the research conducted in private companies and public entities pursuing public - private partnership or preparing for such cooperation.
