Customer and employee satisfaction in health service on the example of private hospital and clinic

Summary/Abstract: Customer and employee satisfaction research are a vital element in the functioning of the organization. Dissatisfied employees are not engaged in the activities of the organization; they do not feel responsible for it and do not work efficiently, which shall be submitted to the low level of customer satisfaction. The paper presents selected results of researches carried out in late 2013 relating to patient and staff satisfaction in a private hospital and a clinic.
