Summary/Abstract: Petit-Shëngjin is in the neighborhood of Qafmolle, to the left of the automobile road which leads from Tirana to Bize. The agglomeration is located on the lower part of the eastern slope of Mount Dajti. The terrain, of a gentle orography in this part of the inhabited area, rises immediately from a steep escarpment in the upper part. We distinguish, in a rather thick vegetation, the dwellings of the village distributed in small groups. During the investigative expeditions, made in recent years also in this village, we have been attracted by a constructive ensemble, surrounded by high stone walls, inside which there is a group of dwellings which served to a large family (Pl. I). A ~ state that it is currently found, we see that the elements that form the whole have undergone transformations of all kinds. The dismemberment of the family, the age of the buildings and the demands of the times have undoubtedly1 left their mark. All the same, these modifications do not prevent the discovery, knowledge and reconstruction of the original compositional structure, which has remained intact in its fundamental directricfi lines.
