PËR FSHATIN E MALËSIVE TË SHKODRËS
ON THE VILLAGE OF THE HIGHLANDS OF SHKODER

Summary/Abstract: The work is organized in some parts. Initially the author casts light on the object of study and the sources supporting it. It is made known that object of study of this article are the past dwelling-places in the surroundings of Shkodër. It is question not only for the plain or hill villages, relatively near the city, but also, especially, for villages of the highlands which are included in the areal of this ancient city. The sources supporting the author are of three main naturee Firstly, connected with the investigations on the ground. Secondly, connected with archival materials, mainly deposited in the EA (Institute of Folk Culture) by various investigators, beginning from the 50-s (XX-th century) and up to the 80-s of the same century. Thirdly, connected with the literature which it was possible to have at disposal. From all these three sources the richest and relatively most important is the second. From the phenomena put in evidence in the article are: the relief of the establishment, the inhabited territory and the village in its dynamics (yesterday, today, tomorrow), where the last part plays also the role of the closing view, whereas the most sensitive weight of the article is eccupied by the second part. The article is accompanied also with rich bibliographical notes.
