Business process flexibility as an organization adaptability factor

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the work is the problem of the design of business processes connected with financing of university organizational units (OU) on the basis of a parametric assessment system. Depending on the given parametric assessment system business processes of OU can have different form. The change of the system causes changes in the business processes. The expenditures of human work and time needed can be reduced by applying flexible business process definitions. The business process flexibility concept as it is interpreted in the literature and the author’s views have been presented. The problem of providing the university organizational units with the flexible business processes has been introductory analyzed and the general way of its solution has been presented.
