Summary/Abstract: A basic educational subsidy distribution algorithm for the university activity and changes introduced to it in 2013 are described. The elements of the algorithm from the point of view of receiving efficiency of subsidy are provisionally analyzed. In conclusion it is stated that there are no changes in the general algorithm structure and in the number of usefulness evaluation criteria. The article shows an increase of the influence of such factors as: six-dimensional usefulness function, the level of the rules detail, the total influence of the student-doctoral and the teaching staff factors and the correctness of the reports systems on the unit evaluation.
