Efficiency aspects of the scientific activity evaluation system of the university organizational unit

Summary/Abstract: The problem of the activity efficiency at a university has been generally discussed in a context of the decrease for the educational service demand and the disturbances related to the introduction of the novel scientific and research activity parametric evaluation system of the university organizational units (UOs). On this basis the efficiency factors as well as the business process preliminary investigations in UO as a consequence of the evaluation system have been studied. The following items were taken into account: (i) the present and postulated multi-criterion evaluation system, (ii) the law regulations of the UO activity and (iii) a detailed analysis of the components in the case of the inhomogeneous UO.
