Summary/Abstract: In the paper the components of the business motivational model (BMM) have been identified in the context of the organization’s management information system. The notations and their interpretations, elaborated by the OMG Association, have been characterized. These notations and interpretations form the standard BMM description of the organization. On the basis of these standards, fundamental BMM components, concerning the financial system of the real public research and educational unit, have been discussed.
