Support people with disabilities in the market needs and opportunities of work

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the dilemmas related to the employment of people with disabilities in Poland. Recommendations were formulated on the desired direction of legislative changes on the employment of people with disabilities and conducted an analysis on the role of open and protected labor market in terms of employment of people with disabilities . Formulated a list of needs and risks of changes in employment of disabled persons from both employers and workers with disabilities. The article ends with a reflection on the possibilities and the need to promote the employment of people with disabilities.
