Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to examine the specific relationships between existential fulfillment and perfectionism in the personality structure of psychology students. A theoretical analysis was conducted of the approaches of V. Frankl and A. Längle to the study of existential fulfillment, including their phenomenology, structure, and relevance to psychological practice. The phenomenon of perfectionism was examined from the perspective of P. Hewitt and G. Flett. Adolescence was analysed in terms of identity development, self-awareness, and personal and social maturity.Existential fulfillment as a personality trait is more deeply integrated into the personalities of psychology students. All components of existential fulfillment are significantly correlated with emotional stability, and all components of existential fulfillment are inversely correlated with personal anxiety. Most structural components of existential fulfillment show significant correlations with communicative expressiveness and interpersonal extroversion and significant inverse relationships with suspicion. Overall, the general level of existential fulfillment is positively correlated with emotional stability and sensitivity, while it is inversely correlated with tension and personal anxiety. Stress is negatively correlated with four components of existential fulfillment: freedom, responsibility, existentiality, and existential fulfillment. Emotional sensitivity is positively correlated with four: self-distancing, self-transcendence, personality, and existential fulfillment. Sociability is positively correlated with three: self-transcendence, personality, and existential fulfillment. Self-control is positively correlated with self-distance and personalization.
