Summary/Abstract: With human evolution and technological progress, a series of changes have taken place that have had a major impact on humanity. We are living in complicated times with an unprecedented emotional load, and since ancient times people have had to deal with multiple stressful and traumatic situations. Adolescence is probably the most difficult period of life, because it represents the beginning of a series of changes in both the internal and external aspects of the physical body. For this reason, we all have a series of psychological mechanisms, such as emotional resilience, which allows us to adapt more easily to these periods of change. In this way, the present study aims to analyze through a systematic analysis the results obtained in different studies in order to better understand what are those specific aspects of emotional adaptation and resilience in adolescents.
