Summary/Abstract: The European Union, an organization that cares about human rights and freedoms, of which Poland is a member, is taking decisive action to prevent the spread of terrorism. There is a clear, parallel development of human rights and anti-terrorist law in EU member states. When creating anti-terrorist acts, it is important to remember to maintain fundamental rights related to freedom and human rights. EU countries must also take care of other countries that are not members of the EU, including Ukraine at present.
