BIAŁORUŚ, POLSKA, UKRAINA A MIĘDZYNARODOWY TRYBUNAŁ KARNY
BELARUS, POLAND, UKRAINE AND THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT

Summary/Abstract: Belarus and Ukraine, which border Poland, have crimes that constitute international crimes in their criminal law, including those provided for in the Statute of the International Criminal Court. Ukraine applies criminal law while having access to the Statute of the ICC and its prosecutor's office. There are doubts about the correct application of criminal law in Belarus, which has not acceded to the ICC. Therefore, the question arises about the possibility of transferring these cases, especially to the International Criminal Court or courts of other countries.
