Summary/Abstract: The UN is trying to introduce a definition of terrorism and an act of terrorism. To this day, the countries of the League of Arab States and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation have their own laws regarding the protection of human rights. These countries, although interested in cooperation with European countries, do not comply with the draft act of terrorism proposed by the UN, believing that it is inconsistent with their law.
