Summary/Abstract: After the split between the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, Czechoslovak communist authorities under Soviet pressure started persecutions against alleged Yugoslavian agents, resulting in multiple arrests and fabricated political trials. Some of them ended with death sentences. The witch hunt was interrupted in 1955 after the normalization of relations between the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia.
