Summary/Abstract: In cases related to computer crimes, one of the most frequently applied methods of proof is the search and seizure of computer information data. An important specific feature for their implementation is the mandatory presence of a computer specialist-technical assistant according to the Criminal Procedure Code. The discussed investigative actions serve to collect and verify both physical evidence and physical means of evidence.
