Summary/Abstract: The subject of this report are the concepts ,,legality and validity” of judicial decisions in criminal proceedings. An attempt to give a full and complete definition of each of them. It has a focus on the relationship between “legality” “and soundness” of the judicial act, and their importance for proper consideration and resolution of the criminal case.
