Summary/Abstract: This report addresses the issue of the legal force of judicial acts in its basic forms - a mandatory and material legal force. The legal force of judicial acts is seen as the primary means of achieving the objectives of criminal justice. Attention is drawn to the moment of the entry into force of the judicial acts and the right to waive subsequent appeals.
