Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze crimes related to the emergence of various radical ideas and views in society as a result of the increased refugee and migration processes over the last five years. The timeliness of the topic is also determined by the fact that there is still no legal definition of the term "radicalization" at national level. Attention is drawn to some particularly extreme manifestations of radicalization, which can be persecuted at the Bulgarian Criminal Code. At the same time, the article also highlights the problems and challenges faced by prosecutors and criminal courts in dealing with increasingly complex cases of radicalization, left-wing, right-wing and Islamist, with a view to effective prosecution and fair justice in these cases.
