Summary/Abstract: The legal language of each country is a system of terms. These terms are specific in terms of meaning and origin. Legal terms in the Turkish language are of interest to many researchers due to their complex structure, interweaving words composed after the Language Reform and Arabic and Persian loanwords. The object of the present study is legal terms in the Turkish language and their classification. The article analyzes the most frequently used legal terms and classifies them according to their belonging to a certain grammatical category. For this purpose, comparative analysis and content analysis were used in the article. The article also touches on the topic of the complexity of the legal language, caused by the overflow and mixing of archaisms, new words and foreign words
