Short Description

The academic series Turkological Studies brings together research works that reflect contemporary directions and the interdisciplinary character of Turkological research in the fields of language, literature, culture, folklore, and history. The published articles present a wide range of methodological approaches and thematic areas, placing emphasis both on historical processes and on contemporary manifestations of the Turkish linguistic and cultural tradition within a broader regional and European context. The series is intended for researchers, lecturers, doctoral students, and undergraduates, as well as for all those interested in the Turkish linguistic and cultural tradition, and aims to contribute to the development of Turkology as a dynamic and interdisciplinary field of study.
