ФІЗИЧНА КУЛЬТУРА І СПОРТ ЯК ЗАСІБ СОЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ МОЛОДІ ТА ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ У СОЦІОКУЛЬТУРНИЙ ПРОСТІР
PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT AS A MEANS OF SOCIALIZATION OF YOUTH AND INTEGRATION INTO THE SOCIO-CULTURAL SPACE

Summary/Abstract: The problem of socialization of the modern student’s personality by means of physical education and sports, the formation of a value attitude to a healthy lifestyle is relevant today, since physical culture and sports are one of the most important social phenomena that permeate all levels of modern society, having a wide impact on all spheres of life of Ukrainian youth. The article is devoted to the study of physical culture as an effective factor in the socialization of the student’s personality. The aspects of awareness of physical culture as a social and individual value, one of the means of socialization, as it can be an important impetus for the identification and mobilization of reserves for the development of physical culture, the emergence of new trends in the formation of public consciousness and personal motivations that contribute to the active development of the values of physical culture by society and the individual are revealed. The experience of teachers in the purposeful use of physical culture and sports for the improvement and correction of relationships between people that are intensively transforming and leading to the modification of the life world of the individual is summarized. The role of physical culture and sports in the socialization of young people in modern Ukrainian society is analyzed; the attitude of young people to physical culture and sports, the level of their involvement as a special socio-demographic group is considered. The results of empirical research on establishing the level of promotion of physical culture and sports on the development of interpersonal relations in the student environment are presented. It is established that the physical and sports components of human culture play a decisive role in the formation of students’ values, their socialization in society, which, according to the author of the article, should be considered as: one of the decisive factors in the socialization of the modern student.
