PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MEANING AND VALUES OF FUTURE LAW BACHELORS

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study: to substantiate the complex of pedagogical conditions for the education of professionally significant values of future bachelors of law in the educational process of a higher educational institution. Methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literary sources, logical analysis of the genesis of the problem of education, professional and personal qualities of future bachelors of law, abstraction, induction and deduction, generalization of pedagogical experience of practicing teachers. Empirical methods were observation, written and oral interview of applicants, method of expert evaluations. Results: on the basis of the above-mentioned methods, key values were identified, which should be oriented to the teacher of a higher education institution when building educational work with applicants of a legal specialty: professional competence, protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms, professional self-development. Pedagogical conditions of the studied process are the use of an optimal combination of traditional, active and interactive teaching methods in order to actualize reflexive reactions of future lawyers to professionally significant values; creation of a favorable emotional and psychological atmosphere in classes due to building relationships between the subjects of the educational process based on mutual trust, support, and constructive dialogue; implementation of opportunities for extracurricular activities regarding the development of students' valuable attitude to the profession. Also, the author tried to substantiate the complex of pedagogical conditions, which allows to increase the effectiveness of the process of education of professionally significant values of future bachelors of law. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the main provisions of the scientific work can be used by the teaching staff of the higher education institution in the process of forming personal and professional values of those acquiring legal education.
