USING MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES TO ORGANIZE DISTANCE LEARNING IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the review of the effectiveness of the use of information technologies for the organization of distance learning and training in the field of physical culture and sports. The conditions for the use of information and communication technologies in the pedagogical and training processes, as well as the conditions for the implementation of distance learning are analyzed. Within the framework of modern realities in the field of education, it is undoubtedly necessary to use the latest information and computer technologies that allow optimizing the educational and training processes. The reasons for the introduction of software applications in the educational and training process are substantiated. The state of implementation of information technologies in the system of physical education and sports is considered. The means of information and communication support of the educational and training process of physical culture and sports with the use of computer programs and innovative information technologies are differentiated. The necessity of introducing modern information technologies in the field of physical culture and sports, such as the educational process and sports training, is determined. An overview of the most common information technologies is presented, an analysis of the information technologies used in the field of physical culture and sports is carried out, and their brief characteristics are given. The features of the application of modern innovative information and computer technologies in the field of physical culture and sports are outlined. It is determined that at the present stage of development of information technologies, there is their active application and implementation in the field of physical culture and sports in educational institutions of both general and special physical education, because for free orientation in the information space, a modern specialist in physical culture and sports should be able to design and disseminate information using innovative information technologies.
