Summary/Abstract: Within contemporary educational paradigms, the influence of social networks on adolescents' self-esteem is a particularly relevant topic of reflection, located at the intersection of developmental psychology and educational sciences. The digital environment, through its interactive nature and the logic of social visibility, redefines the way in which young people build their identity and evaluate their own personal value. The phenomenon of online socialization involves complex processes of comparison, self-representation and external validation, which can contribute to both strengthening and weakening internal balance. Highlighting the relationship between emotional development and social feedback is an essential concern of educational trainers at the adolescent level, which is why school counseling is oriented towards self-knowledge, critical reflection and the cultivation of authentic, resilient and responsible self-esteem in relation to the online environment.
