Summary/Abstract: Recent changes that occur in the paradigm of the educational and social plan determine a shift and a continuous training of teachers to redefine their professional skills. Moreover, the current educational requirements require setting up a model of the teaching profession that of a standardized unit, recognized within the relevant national and European space. Ensuring the educational process quality standards that are dependent on acquiring specific skills and competences of psycho-pedagogical requirements have to be consistent with current social needs.
