Summary/Abstract: This article focus on a treatment of addicted patients in Czechia including actual system of the therapy in Psychiatric hospital in Bohnice (PNB) in Prague. It si evident that an addicton i s (persitently) a significant issue and its treatment is a complex and long-term process benefitting of multiple therapeutic concepts and methods. Among others, a physical activity and rehabilitation belong to important and constantly developed part of the complex therapy in PNB. Application of ergo therapy, hipotherapy and physiotherapy improves a prognosis of addicted patients, furthermore, it could provide needed relief for patients and it opens up the possibility of redress leading to permanent or at least long-term abstinence.
