Summary/Abstract: Organized criminal groups from East Asia are dominated globally by those composed of individuals of Chinese nationality. In the Czech Republic, despite having a smaller diaspora, these Asian groups have managed to successfully establish themselves within the structures of organized crime. Their current activities in our territory are primarily related to the committing of serious economic crimes. In this area, among other things, they focus on the import of goods from third countries, for which they operate a so-called “customs service”. The identified method of its operation essentially enables the nearly uncontrollable import of chemical precursors and pre-precursors for drug production from China, not only to Europe.
