Summary/Abstract: In the context of appealing various rulings which can be given by the courts, the way in which the measures ordered by the court through precursory judgments can be appealed, more precisely judgments which can be appealed only along with the merits of the case, bears a certain relevance. Regrettably, the practice of the courts isn’t unanimous as regards the extent to which precursory judgments should constitute the object of an appeal, both in terms of the judgment or, if the case may be, judgments that are appealed, as well as in regards to the grounds of the appeal.
