Summary/Abstract: In the field of administrative claims, the Romanian legal system grants the possibility to file consecutive motions for suspension of the same administrative act. The requirements which must be met for undertaking this endeavor are provided by law, consisting of, essentially, the occurrence of new grounds which would require the suspension of the act’s execution. From the perspective of the requirement of averting an imminent damage, the new circumstances which could substantiate another motion for suspension should be identified depending on the enforceability of the administrative act, namely the effects of the act.
