Summary/Abstract: The authors discuss in this article about two discoveries made in 2018 and 2021 respectively, near Bascov and Bogați localities, Argeș County, namely two axes of Flachbeil type belonging to Early Bronze Age (or Final Copper Age in other chronologies). The item from Bogaţi was recovered with the help of a metal detector on a hill south-east of the locality, 374 m above the sea level, at a depth of cca. 0.35 m. The item from Bascov was discovered somewhere at the south of locality, probably on a hill. Some aspects as chronology and the spread of this item type and also possible analogies are analyzed.
