Thracian shape fibulae represented on pottery

Summary/Abstract: On crocks or entire vessels discovered at: Boljarovo (Bulgaria), Seuthopolis (Bulgaria) and Zimnicea (Romania) were represented in press or in scratch some Thracian shapes fibulae. In all the cases these fibulae are represented in open position and belong to earliest types (4th – first half of 3rd centuries BC). The significance of these symbols was the life continuation beyond the death (Boljarovo) and a barbarian representation of the „abundance horn” (Seuthopolis and Zimnicea).
