Summary/Abstract: Teaching folk singing is a complex process that requires various methods and approaches. To achieve a high level of professionalism as a singer, it‘s essential to focus not only on natural talent but also on overall musical development. This encompasses the formation of singing habits, breath control while singing, vocal technique, mastering various singing styles, and artistic presentation. The training of folk singers can be divided into four stages, each requiring a specific methodology for practical skill development. Students often encounter challenges, necessitating an individualized approach for each student, incorporating a combination of methods throughout all four stages of folk singing education.
