Summary/Abstract: In 1988 the authoress visited the Jewish cemetery at Velká Bukovina (East Bohemia) in order that she could study both the cemetery and its tombstones. The results of her studies are published in this paper, which pays attention to the development of the tombstones from the first half of the 18th century to the second half of the 19th century and includes some examples of transcribed epitaphs.
