Финансирање институција Босне и Херцеговине

Финансирање институција Босне и Херцеговине

Author(s): Đorđe Marilović / Language(s): Serbian Publication Year: 0

The aim of this paper is to analyze the development of financing of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina over the past 25 years, primarily through the study of previously unpublished legal sources and documents crucial to the 2003 reform of the B&H institutions’ funding. Since 1995, the financing of B&H institutions had been based on the entity grant/contribution principle, which has later been modified by the conclusion of the 2003 Agreement on Responsibilities in the Field of Indirect Taxation. The Agreement has never been published, and it was only after receiving the text that it was officially made possible to review it in this paper. The author considers financing of the B&H institutions in the context of the goals and hypotheses of the Project “Constitutionalization of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, primarily those related to the organization of B&H and the revision of the B&H Constitution. The changes concerning financing of the B&H institutions were carried out under strong external political pressure. Nevertheless, consensual decision-making made a significant impact on these changes, which is reflected not only in the agreed transfer of responsibilities in the field of indirect taxation, but also in the harmonization of fiscal policies in B&H through the work of the Fiscal Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By analyzing the emergence of the present-day financing system of B&H institutions, the author sheds light on issues related to new financial policy makers in relation to the original fiscal and budgetary policy makers in B&H, and seeks to provide a thorough understanding of institutes that may be key to future research in other fields, such as economic theory of fiscal federalism.

"Тютюн, метал и калдъръм"

"Тютюн, метал и калдъръм"

Author(s): Meglena Zlatkova / Language(s): Bulgarian Publication Year: 0

The article analyzes sensory images of three urban places that are constructed in the interviews and memories of a craftsman A.K. - bearer of the intangible cultural heritage, who is a representative of the Armenian community in Plovdiv, held in 1999 – 2000. The approach of sensory anthropology was used. A sensory landscape of Plovdiv is outlined, in which “Kapana”, the Old Town and the Tobacco Town are connected by the memories of the smell of tobacco, the sounds of metal and cobblestones. Sensory memories underpin narratives of the Armenian community connected to these places through their crafts, as industrialists important to the city, and as individuals. Relationships of closeness are observed that existed until the middle of the 20th century and the memories of these relationships are expressed through the memories of the “of closeness”. The changes in social, political and economic relations lead to the gradual change in the ways of constructing the collective memory of the places in Plovdiv. The three topos are becoming more and more touristic places and the connections with the place are becoming more distant as the main senses constructing the sensory landscape with modernity are sight, taste and sounds. From places of everyday life, especially after the project “Plovdiv 2019 – European Capital of Culture”, Kapana and the Tobacco City are turning into cultural scenes, places of consumption and creativity and festival topos.

За наследяването и промените на градските пространства в София през Средните векове и Османския период

За наследяването и промените на градските пространства в София през Средните векове и Османския период

Author(s): Snezhana Goryanova / Language(s): Bulgarian Publication Year: 0

The paper traces the imprint in the archaeological monuments and in the written sources of three phenomena emblematic of the city of Sofia in its almost 20-century history. First are the mineral springs, which are one of the main reasons for the formation of the settlement in this place. The close proximity of the Vitosha mountain, which is a major resource center – of water, timber, fruit, a place to walk and relax – also contributes to a good living environment. The strength and stability of the Christian tradition is evidenced by the church dedicated to God’s wisdom built in Late Antiquity and which has survived to this day – the domed basilica “Saint Sophia”, which also gave the current name of the present-day Bulgarian capital.

Няколко бележки за пловдивските църкви в Османския период

Няколко бележки за пловдивските църкви в Османския период

Author(s): Dimo Cheshmedzhiev / Language(s): Bulgarian Publication Year: 0

The issue of Plovdiv churches during the Ottoman period is very interesting and a debatable one in historiography. The article draws attention to the identification of the church “St. Paraskeva/Petka”, around which there are the most problems. In order to identify this very important church in Plovdiv during the Ottoman period, the reports of various European travelers who passed through Plovdiv (in ottoman “Filibe”) are mainly used. These are the only sources, inasmuch as domestic sources, both Bulgarian and Greek, are missing. Some revival legends are also being investigated, according to which the location of the church “St. Paraskeva/Petka” is under the Dzhumaya mosque in Plovdiv. The issue of the presence of a church building under the Dzhumaya mosque (XV century) is considered. The improvisations on the topic of “turning a mosque into a church” and building mosques according to the plan of a church (sic!) are categorically refuted, as well as the ideas of embedding Christ's monograms (chrisms) on the walls of the mosque. Information obtained during the last major renovation of the mosque, when archaeological research was also carried out, is used. Opinions are expressed that the legends about the conversion of the eventual church “St. Paraskeva/Petka” in a mosque arise based on the name of Dzhumaya mosque – “Friday” mosque.

THE INFLUENCE OF PROTECTION MASKS ON THE THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP, WITH REGARDS FACIAL EXPRESSIVENESS

THE INFLUENCE OF PROTECTION MASKS ON THE THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP, WITH REGARDS FACIAL EXPRESSIVENESS

Author(s): Livia Durac / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

Among the novelty elements that contributed to the thorough rethinking of human life between 2020-2022, a central role was played by an object with a protective role: the mask. If humankind learned numerous rules, notions, concepts, evolution algorithms of COVID-19, etc., of which some either changed along the way or were abandoned and replaced with others, the obligation of wearing a mask has remained an important constant from the beginning and all through the period. In counterbalance, the positive effects – intensely disputable and discussed – of wearing this object have generated consequences at various levels of our personal and social life, including the therapeutic context, which is the object of the present article. Starting from a series of theoretical considerations on the communication between the specialist and the client/beneficiary, the role of the non-verbal dimension of language at the level of facial expressiveness is approached, with an accent, at the end, of several relevant aspects for the way in which the perception of the message is influenced under the authority of the protection mask.

DEDUCTIBILITY AND ANALOGY IN THE STUDY OF TRIANGLES (II) – the I-cevian triangle and the I-circumcevian triangle

DEDUCTIBILITY AND ANALOGY IN THE STUDY OF TRIANGLES (II) – the I-cevian triangle and the I-circumcevian triangle

Author(s): Teodor Dumitru Vălcan / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

As in the first paper with the same generic title, in this paper we propose, using logical deductibility relations and the method of analogy, to present some interesting results in Triangle Geometry. Thus, we consider a triangle ABC and the interior bisectors of the angles of the triangle, which intersect at point I and which intersect the sides of the given triangle at points A', B' and C', and the circumscribed circle of triangle ABC at A1, B1 and C1. Then, we will call the triangle A'B'C' the I-cevian triangle attached to the triangle ABC and the point I, and the triangle A1B1C1 we will call the I-circumcevian triangle attached to the triangle ABC and the point I. Using usual mathematical knowledge, valid in any triangle, but also the results presented in the first work mentioned above, we can obtain a series of very interesting geometric or trigonometric identities and inequalities, some of them very difficult to prove, synthetically. On the other hand, these new geometric or trigonometric relations introduced in certain derivable or only integrable functions, can involve a series of differential or integral identities or inequalities, particularly interesting. The work is, exclusively, of the Didactics of Mathematics and is addressed, equally, to pupils, students and teachers eager for performance, in this field of Mathematics or, in Mathematics, in general.

INVOLVEMENT OF TEACHERS IN CARRYING OUT EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES WITH YOUNG PEOPLE. QUESTIONNAIRE - BASED RESEARCH

Author(s): Ana Fȃntȃnă / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

The issue of extracurricular activities remains a priority for the competent institutions. Research carried out in Romania and around the world claims that extracurricular activities are organized by the school, by other institutions of the educational system and by various NGOs. This article aims to find out the opinion of teachers about their type, purpose, as well as their impact on the development of young people, following a questionnaire-based research. The results obtained show us that the organization of extracurricular activities remains a continuous concern for teachers, by actively involving them in their design and realization, aiming at achieving the ends of education. These activities are aimed at development of social skills: communication, cooperation, interaction with different people (87,9%), emotional development (42.3%), active involvement in community life (41,3%). Extracurricular activities carried out by teachers always target the problems or expectations of the community: educational (164 choices), moral, (140 choices) social (136 choices), spiritual (104 choices), less the family ones.

Harnessing in Gastronomy of Mountain Products by Fruiting the Umami Taste

Harnessing in Gastronomy of Mountain Products by Fruiting the Umami Taste

Author(s): Manuela Apetrei / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

Taste is one of the five main senses and is connected to the sensations that result from the food and drink we eat. Known as the fifth taste, umami is one of the most present in the dishes we are eating daily. According to officials at the Umami Information Center (UIC), umami refers to the taste of glutamate, inosinate or guanilate. But beware: when it comes to umami and the “delicious” taste of glutamate, it's about that glutamate that we found naturally in foods such as seaweed, soy, ripened cheese, green tea, seafood, tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, etc. Umami taste is a sensory biomarker of food proteins. The degree of multiplication of the umami taste can increase up to eight times for the total taste of the ingredients taken separately. The harmonious combination of different foods containing umami allows the creation of a high level gastronomic experience, without the support of very sophisticated recipes. Owners of food establishments that use raw materials from the mountain area can successfully use this information to combine foods, so that they become even tastier and more attractive to consumers (use of grated emmentaler for gratin dishes, dried tomatoes in various sauces, berries in various desserts, etc.).

Gândirea comunicațională și dreptul în contextul crizelor sociale

Gândirea comunicațională și dreptul în contextul crizelor sociale

Author(s): Ion Craiovan / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

The communication approach transcends the divides and boundaries between scientific disciplines, it aims to propose a paradigm that not only connects them - through its characteristic of transversality, to operate joints between ”separate fields” - but also to enhance and give them a meaning, as an attempt at a globalizing perspective that allows a reinterpretation of partial contributions. (M.Miege). In this way, a model of dialogical reason is cultivated in which the starting point is no longer consciousness but communication processes. The validation of norms, institutions, rights, transcends the consciousness of any subject, resolves the tension between norm and reality. These theses, as well as others, that we refer to in this paper profoundly mark the configuration, interpretation and application of law in the context of the global society plagued by severe social crises. Колективни уговори као извор права

Колективни уговори као извор права

Author(s): Jovana Misailović,Iva Tošić / Language(s): Serbian Publication Year: 0

Collective agreement is undoubtedly one of the most important institutes in the field of labor law. The role that the collective agreement has, is primarily reflected in the possibility for social partners to point out directly the problems they face on the labor market and to solve them by concluding collective agreement. Therefore, the importance of the collective agreement as a source of law should be viewed primarily through the opportunity to reconcile demands and changes at the labor market (depending on the level at which collective agreements are concluded) in the most efficient way and to define more specifically rights established by law, which are further completed completely individualized through an individual employment contract. In the paper, the place of the collective agreement in the domestic legal system is analyzed as well as the hierarchical relationship between the law, collective agreement and individual employment contract and finally - relationship between collective agreements. The authors try to summarize the importance of the collective agreement as a source of law in the domestic legal system, both for the social partners who participate in their conclusion and for all workers whom the collective agreement applies to. Accordingly, the first part of the paper is devoted to a brief historical analysis of the emergence and the origin of collective agreements, while the second part of the paper deals with the place and importance of the collective agreement in the domestic legal system.

IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ LEARNING VIA GROUP WORKING AND TUTORING

IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ LEARNING VIA GROUP WORKING AND TUTORING

Author(s): Alla Gembaruk,Svitlana Derkach / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

This study aims to provide a clear understanding of group working in the classroom for implementation of active learning methods has become of great need especially group working as an effective method to encourage and motivate students while learning in the classroom. In fact, working in groups has been considered to prove better inspiration, motivation, engagement and effectiveness of learning activities of students. The article highlights scientific findings of researchers on the issue and reveals practical experience of student group working. It can thus be conceivably hypothesized that all profits and benefits of group work in English classes can potentially contribute to qualitative students’ outcomes. It was discovered that working in groups is strikingly different from the conventional one as cooperation is a complete challenge and creates positive interdependence in team work. Moreover, participants turn out to be responsible for each other’s success. Concurrently, such new approach focuses on task and maintenance roles and outcomes. On reflecting the changes and new approaches in student’s learning that have been used, it’s worth saying that group learning stimulates student’s critical thinking, everyone is involved in debating, discussing, clarifying their statements and concepts being considered in the class. Our class sessions showed and assumed that the students being tutored not only learned more than they did without tutoring, they also developed a more positive attitude about what they were studying. In addition, the tutors learned more than students who did not tutor. The observed improvement in students learning can be interpreted as being a result of group work and peer tutoring.

Семейството „в прегръдката” на Ковид-19

Author(s): Todorka Kineva / Language(s): Bulgarian Publication Year: 0

Based on secondary analysis of data from two empirical studies, two questions find their answers: 1. Why was Covid-19 able “to embrace”, enclose and even capsulate the family? and 2. How has Covid-19 caused a change in the functioning of the families? As is becomes clear from the social empiricism, some of the reasons for this "closure" are the imposed anti-epidemic measures, the increasing unemployment, poverty and conflicts in the family. The impacts of Covid-19 are causing a change in the economic, the emotional and the socializing functions of the family.

Dziecięce doświadczenie getta w spektaklach dla młodego widza

Author(s): Joanna Królikowska / Language(s): Polish Publication Year: 0

The theatre makers often deal with the issue of the Holocaust, but predominantly they talked about the past and memory with adult audiences. Attempts to tell young audiences about the Holocaust are therefore a novelty in Polish theatre. Two performances: “Huljet, huljet” of Teatr Figur in Krakow and “Rutka” of the Arlekin Puppet Theatre in Lodz, both presenting the life of Jewish children in ghettos are examples of activities undertaken in this trend. Both of them are based on local stories related to the cities where theatres operate. “Huljet, huljet”, directed by Dagmara Żabska and Alla Maslovskaja, refers to the Krakow ghetto, Rutka, directed by Karolina Maciejaszek, to the Lodz ghetto. The common element for both shows constitutes making children the main characters and presenting life in a closed neighborhood from their perspective. The analysis of the indicated performances made it possible to check how the creators constructed the stories about the childhood experience of the ghetto and by what means they tried to convey this experience to the young audience. In this context it is worth to mention the importance of considerations done by Frank Ankersmit, in particular the categories of "historical experience" and "experience about the past".
