It is well-known and proven that security is a central problem for every consolidated society and comprehensive policy of that society, where all state mechanisms are involved, regardless of what form of social regulation that society has. Regardless to human/individual safety and security, in the framework of division by types, we could also talk about legal, social security and also world-wide it is known and documented that border security and especially the security of the Border Crossing Point (BCP) from various accidents and incidents, is an important pillar of national security. During the historical development of society, it is impossible to find instances of the formation and structuring of communities that existed in longer periods of time, which did not need any form of organized protection against the risk and threats that they have been threatened. In this path of building a contemporary, juridical and civic society, community members have aimed and expressed the need for security, respectively the elimination of all forms of risk and threats that could question the existence of that society (physical integrity, general security, individual security, property, etc.) that can occur in different forms, both from outside the borders and from the inside. Human security focuses on creating an environment where all people feel safe and secure and this contributes to national, regional and international security. The concept of security, its content and social function can only be understood if this phenomenon is viewed interdisciplinary, for example in security, defense, criminology sciences, etc.
