Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the crime of blasphemy described in art. 172 of the Polish Criminal Code of 1932. The Author presents legal realities in which the Code was adopted with regard to constitutional norms. The article contains analysis of characteristics of the crime of blasphemy in pre-war criminal law of the Second Republic of Poland.
