The proposed approach to the management of marketing and sales activities of the enterprise is aimed at the establishment of its commercial activities, as a process within the framework of a unified marketing, business, market and corporate goals and strategies. This in turn requires appropriate transformations of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of sales personnel, namely, the formation and development of human capital as the most valuable asset of the company. After all, it is one of the main elements of the company's sales programs, as the link that connects businesses with customers, through reports to them to create a marketing values, face the enterprise, supplier information, a seeker of new markets and customers. Therefore, the efficient functioning of the economy is increasingly dependent on innovation activity carriers of intellectual capital, how the workers (personnel) interest (financially and morally) to achieve high results.

PODSTAWY TEORETYCZNE RACHUNKOWOŚCI KAPITAŁU INTELEKTUALNEGO DLA BANKÓW

The article presents an attempt to apply the principles of intellectual capital accounting to the bank accounting. In the knowledge based economy the banks can be seen as an enterprises based on capital and knowledge. Traditional accounting accurately records flows of financial capital in the bank. Flows of intellectual capital have not yet subjected to compulsory registration, which is a graceful field of conceptual research. The carrier of knowledge necessary to conduct banking activities are bank employees. Therefore, the registration of the bank intellectual capital should start from an objective valuation of the competence portfolio of each individual employee of the bank. In the article was formulated a proposal of new type of financial statements: the knowledge-based balance sheets and the full balance sheets of banks. The essence of these reporting devices is the disclosure not only financial capital but also intellectual capital and relational capital. In addition, an attempt was made placement of new accounts in a chart of accounts of the bank. The article concludes with a brief example to illustrate the main principles of intellectual capital accounting of banks.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are attractive issue, which has been in the interest of scientists for centuries, which focusing business, political circles and institutions, forcing them to constantly seek, propose and implement actions and measures to achieve good economic performance, generate growth and maintaining the competitiveness of business systems at all levels of aggregation – at enterprise, regional, sectoral and national level. In the report are presented empirical data – a concentrated empirical expression of the background of innovation and entrepreneurship in Bulgaria. Findings and outlines key areas for targeted impacts from/on all players with respect to innovation and entrepreneur-ship are formulated.

Nowadays in the contemporary maritime business a leading role is played by the sea ports and particularly their internal organization. In the present paper the authors analyze the optimization of the distribution of incoming ships among port berths, which is more from point of view of economics and mathematics, rather than technical. Two of the most important criteria are taken into consideration – time wasting and financial costs during the basic port operations. The economic-mathematical model is based on the combination of these factors and some other constraints. The authors not only explain their idea but they add particular examples with a demonstration of the simple online calculations.

This work presents an analysis for the key reasons and difficulties that self-employed people face in Bulgaria on the basis of a labor force sample survey in the In EU’s Community ad hoc module of self-employment. Key motives behind being self-employed are categorized in the following three groups: self-driven decision, forced decision, and miscellaneous. The report shows that the uncertainty, the lack of financial stability and the administrative difficulties are the main issues entrepreneurs face. The analysis is done considering different types of self-employment, sex and economic sectors.

The aim of the present study based on definite criteria is to make an assessment of the territorial disposition of the manufacturers for production of vegetable oils by district towns and planning regions. On the basis of the assessment it is established that territorial disposition of manufacturers which produce vegetable oils is done as a result of the quest for closer of the structurally identified manufacturer up to basic raw materials which turns out beneficial influence on development on this subsector from the processing manufacture.

The main function of the innovation management is developing and implementing of an innovation strategies. They are the result of the organization's mission, company culture and traditions, the life cycle of the company itself. One of the modern methods of business management is benchmarking. Its usefulness is expressed not only in the fact that is no longer necessary to find an innovation at the all costs. The analysis of the competitors achievements and mistakes makes it possible to build up an own innovation strategy that is as effective as possible. The aim of this work is to analyze the essence of benchmarking as an approach to developing an innovation strategy. It is defined as an "own investment" in the industry knowledge not only at national but also at the international level. As a result, innovations, such as new products for the company, as well as quality improvements, cost reduction, efficiency gains, increased market presence, etc. are achieved.

The Impact of Microfinance on Poverty Reduction and Women Empowerment

This paper is to examine the impact of microfinance on poverty reduction and women empowerment as perceived by microfinance institutions and experienced by aspiring women credit participant in Ethiopia. The study reviewed different literatures and broadly focused on social activities and economic empowerment of women beside household poverty reduction and economic development and the effect of household income, the objective of this study is to show how microfinance works, by using women participants for reducing poverty and how it affects the living standard (income, saving etc.) of the household poor people in Ethiopia, The microfinance institutions (MFIs) provide the opportunity for the people who are living under the poverty lines, the institution particularly encourage poor women households and the result will show that how poverty reduced by encouraging and providing access to finance poor household. Microfinance institutions are claimed to directly affect household income by encouraging productivity, increasing diversity of production and productivity, and maximizing the utilization of the available resources.

Analiza riscului privind implementarea unor proiecte de zona liberă la granita cu Republica Moldova

The approach of a theme of economic risk analysis of the free zones at the border with the Republic of Moldova represents a major moment and importance for the scientific research at the present stage in which Romania became active member of the European Union from 01.07.2007.Free zones have now become an economic reality whose impact on the world economy has ceased to be negligible. They highlight natural resources, including land and buildings that are part of the public domain, contributing through multiple facilities to stimulate world trade, individual initiative and private investment, creating new jobs. The present paper deals with the theme of the decision-making underlying the establishment of free zones at the border with the Republic of Moldova and highlights the risks of such a project. The paper brings to attention a series of new issues concerning the impact and opportunity of setting up such areas. During the study of the problems a rigorous methodology was used: extensive bibliographic documentation on free zones, collection and systematization of information on the establishment and development of free zones in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, analysis and theoretical-applicative synthesis on the assessment of a free zone project.

Decision makers must gather and consider data before making a choice. Problem analysis involves framing the issue by defining its boundaries, establishing criteria with which to select from alternatives, and developing conclusions based on available information. Analyzing a problem may not result in a decision, although the results are an important ingredient in all decision making.

Constructions are the primary vector in the process of economic and social development and modernization. Estimating the costs of construction projects with high accuracy in the conceptual phase of project development is crucial for feasibility studies. However, a number of difficulties arise when performing the cost estimation in the conceptual phase. The major problems faced are the lack of preliminary information, the lack of the database on the costs of construction projects, the lack of data, the lack of adequate cost estimation methods and the involvement of uncertainties. The main objective of this research is to use state-of-the-art techniques to estimate the construction costs of the construction projects, to emphasize the importance of proper monitoring of the construction and to examine the processes of controlling the existing costs. This will help all staff realize the importance of construction monitoring and cost control. Cost estimation is an essential component of construction projects. In construction, almost all clients are interested in obtaining fully functional facilities completed in time, cost, quality and scope. A builder who is able to build within the estimated time and budget, at the right standards and scope is an excellent builder. Cost control is a process in which the construction cost of the project is managed by the best methods and techniques, so that the contractor does not suffer losses when carrying out the project activities.

After years of market growth of various types of services for the general population and for business organizations and in view of the "new" priorities for industry renaissance as a factor for economic growth, the upper limits for development of the sector for services for the general population are becoming vividly visible. With the emerging trends and ever-increasing competition of companies offering a variety of business and individual services, the issues related to the marketing of the services are becoming increasingly relevant. The traditional understanding of marketing, its organization and application in the services sector refers mainly to medium and mostly large companies, but it is not applicable or respectively suitable for utilization by a number of micro and small enterprises. In accordance with the above, the report is a theoretical and methodological study of the possibilities for organizational restructuring of micro and small companies in the services sector in order to expand the marketing scope as part of their general activities. The report is structured as follows: the theoretical foundations of the marketing organization in the first paragraph, methodological guidelines for organizational restructuring of marketing in the second paragraph, and conclusions and summaries in the third, final, paragraph.
