Author(s): Andreea Chirita / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2014

This paper aims to analyse from a socio-political perspective a series of distinct anthropological visions regarding folklore studies in modern China. The shamanic practices have been undergoing a flabbergasting process of revival inside contemporary China, therefore academic studies on the topic in both China and the Western world flourished accordingly. De la mit la metavers. Chira Chiralina, un personaj transistoric

De la mit la metavers. Chira Chiralina, un personaj transistoric

Author(s): Georgiana Troia / Language(s): English,Romanian Issue: 24/2024

Approaching literary texts through the prism of transdisciplinary hermeneutics opens up new perspectives for their interpretation. Literature, in this context, can be seen as a level of Reality that starts from the metaphysical world, passes through that of symbol and myth, to transgress the spatio-temporal limits and allow access to the meaning of existence. At different levels of Reality, Chira Chiralina is both a prisoner of historical time, but also the transposition of the image of the "undivided man "into fiction. At the level of textuality, she is the compositional trick of a metafiction. Creation (literary and cinematic) thus becomes a mirror of the world, of the creative act and of the human being/artist.
