Римскоправната традиция за задълженията и отговорността на съдията
The present study intends to bring a reflection concerning a theme treated by the Roman Law for theresponsibility of the Judge in two levels- criminal and civil responsibility. The theme has great importance including to the modern days, because it concerns on the Judge’s responsibility for his decisions in the cases related by the sources. The first part is dedicated to status of the Judge andhis obligations in the process. The second part consideres criminal responsibility for corruption. In the third part the author, on the ground of scarce legal and non- legal sources, researches the main features of the case of judge “who has made the case his own” („Litem suam facere“) in the context of the public obligations of the quasi-delict as an independent source of obligatory realations in the Roman law.
