Author(s): Dorina CROITORU,Ana GAVRILESCU / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

For the whole world, the COVID-19 pandemic is a risk situation. All domains of activity are certainly affected by isolation and social distancing measures. Each social field is differently affected, but the Education sector is facing major challenges for teachers, students and institutional managers. In Romania, school activities have been suspended starting 12 March and there is a possibility to reopen them in September. Until then, all activity has been transferred online. In our case study, we examined a school from a disadvantaged part of the country, which is included in a predefined project called “Sustainable social and educational integration through sports activities”. The project takes place at the National University of Physical Education and Sport, Bucharest, Romania, in partnership with the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. The objective of the project is to facilitate the educational and social integration of 2600 children at risk of social exclusion, selected from the 8 development regions of the country, through integrated activities based on sport. During school closure in the spring of 2020 (due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the situation for School no. 67, grades 5-8 (a sample that is in the project, mainly Roma population), is as follows: only 3 students have laptops, 2 students have personal computers, and 30 students have smartphones. Out of all 67, 35 communicate online, but 32 do not. The communication methods used for students with no online access include worksheets sent by regular mail, messages sent to keypad phones and talking using the landline."

FORMAREA GUSTULUI ESTETIC AL ELEVILOR DIN CICLUL PRIMAR, UN OBIECTIV AL DIDACTICII MODERNE

FORMAREA GUSTULUI ESTETIC AL ELEVILOR DIN CICLUL PRIMAR, UN OBIECTIV AL DIDACTICII MODERNE

Author(s): Iulia Postolachi / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

The article addresses the need to form the aesthetic taste of primary school students, as the presence of arts in education is based on the need to create a cultural capital, with all the associated positive effects, but also to pursue the collateral benefits that arts insertion can have on learning, teaching and assessment of certain school subjects. The formation of cultural consumer behaviors and of a cultural capital market are objectives of modern didactics, as it is found in all normative regulations based on the concept of aesthetic taste. Being an objective of aesthetic education, aesthetic taste is required to be achieved through all types of teaching and extracurricular activities in order to form intellectual feelings, moral beliefs and other aspects of the structure of human personality. The cultivation of sensitivity through aesthetic taste ensures favorable premises for the realization of the educational ideal.

O REINTERPRETARE A TRINOMULUI DIDACTOGENIE – INCORECTITUDINE PROFESIONALĂ - EȘEC ȘCOLAR

O REINTERPRETARE A TRINOMULUI DIDACTOGENIE – INCORECTITUDINE PROFESIONALĂ - EȘEC ȘCOLAR

Author(s): Mihai Sleahtitchi / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

Didactogenies, as they appear daily - as states that exert unwanted effects on students (psychologically, medically and / or pedagogically) - are directly related to those fundamental moral qualities of the teacher that form its inadequacy. It has been found that teachers who have conservative beliefs, anti-democratic ideas and feelings, are rigid and resistant to change or have a tendency to avoid dialogue, are less concerned with understanding how students perceive the learning situation and solve in an appropriate manner various school problems. Such a teacher can only be disliked and rejected in his attempt to collaborate with students. We can say, therefore, that the educational process can be productive only if the teacher applies in practice character traits compatible with the basic requirements of this process. School success cannot be registered where the teacher shows egocentrism, cowardice, hypocrisy, indifference, unjustified pride, emotional instability, insufficient self-control, injustice in appreciation and / or hatred towards work. Such a teacher has chosen the wrong job and must leave it voluntarily or be determined to do so

Author(s): Oxana Paladi,Tatiana Lungu / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

Despite its theoretical and practical significance, the concept of will regarding students has not yet found its proper scientific justification in our socio-cultural space, which indicates the need of studying the relationship between will and other psychic phenomena (psychic processes, psychic activity, internal conditions and psychic features) at different stages of life. In this scientific approach, I've addressed the particularities of the elementary student's will, mainly the cognitive, affective, motivational and behavioral sphere, approaches that founded the importance of will towards educational achievements. PARTICULARITĂȚILE DEZVOLTĂRII LIMBAJULUI LA COPIII CU DIZABILITĂȚI VIZUALE

Author(s): Victoria Maximciuc,Nadejda Corcevoi / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

In this article, the issue of language development peculiarities in children with visual disabilities is addressed.Analyzing the theoretical research we must note that various studies are conducted on the peculiarities of language development, but we find very little work in researching the peculiarities of language in children with visual disabilities.Several Russian researchers mention about the peculiarities of language development in children with visual disabilities, among which: Л.С. Волкова [3,4], В.П. Ермаков, Г.А. Якунин [5], Л.И. Солнцева [12]. In the literature it is mentioned that children with visual disabilities get tired faster, because of this they suffer the productivity of cognitive activity which is closely related to language [8]. Performance in School Organizations – The Result of Efficient Internal Management Control

Performance in School Organizations – The Result of Efficient Internal Management Control

Author(s): Diana Nicoleta Georgescu,Ciprian Ionuț Joița,Constanta Popescu,Delia-Mioara Popescu / Language(s): English Publication Year: 0

The educational changes in the Romanian pre-university education system over the last ten years have required the creation of internal mechanisms, articulated through an internal managerial control system in order to improve and maintain performance in all the basic compartments of the school organization. The success and the performance of a educational organization is based on many factors that take into account the scholars progress, the professional training of professors, the curriculum, but also the manager’s style and strategies that he applies at an institutional level. Despite controversy and doubt, internal management control is seen as an indispensable tool in performance management of modern organizations. The reason for this consists in management control treating the present problem for all the typologies: that there is certainty in the fact that managers, alongside with professors achieve performances in the behalf of the organization. In order for the relationship between the manager of the institution and his personnel to remain favorable, it is normal that the management to measure and control the performance of his employees. The present paper aims to create an internal radiograph within a preschool education institution in order to hierarchize performance indicators and / or identify influential factors to be achieved in order to obtain a performing school environment (for children, teachers and the entity manager). The paper/research begins with a presentation of the theoretical concepts, followed by an empirical research that is based on qualitative methods, and uses as an instrument the interview (applied to teachers, heads of departments, managers). The paper ends with a series of proposals, conclusions that can be implemented in various educational organizations.
