Cold War Redivivus?
This article analyses Russia’s role in the today’s stage of the international relations, starting from the largely accepted idea that the old enemy could not become friend and strategic partner for the EU and the USA but also arguing that, with a huge energy potential, with reform-driven and well-intended politicians, Russia would not afford, in the years to come, to be co-substantial to the Cold War and to continuous conflicts.
