This paper aims to present the Romanian arguments during Hague dispute between Romania and Ukraine, regarding the delimitation of the maritime territory from the Black Sea. Romania and U.R.S.S. / Russia and, at the end, Romania and Ukraine had many rounds of negotiation in order to delimitate this territory, without any result. Hague International Court of Justice was the institution that resolved the bilateral dispute by offering an equitable solution.

Theory of geopolitics has as main purpose to highlight the ways in which an actor's system of international relations may impose their own interests in a geographical area or another. Geopolitics enables the possibility of unlocking the evolution of the trends and the future of the international relationship system. Geopoliticianist, unlike the historian, through its research products, expresses its „anticipation will of the functioning of the world in a logical world" Political analyst when operating in international relationship has not to deal with the of absolute reality, but only with subjective and often contradictory representations of reality. A simple reading of media from one country or another, to inform us about the dispute geopolitics and geostrategical energy resources, for example, will show us that we're having a plurality of diffrent images and perceptions. Perceptions have always as an end, the creation of a complex images of themselves, but also in relation to others. By extending this reality at the level of international relationship, we can deduct that each actor in the international relations system, be it traditional or nonclasic, will develop its own perception both as regards the stage at a time, its ability to act in a certain context, in relation to its interests, but also with the possibilities of interaction with other actors. The place of an actor in the equation of power and especially its position in the relationships it has with other, defines its geopolitical position which should not be confused with its geographical position. The space is not an "actor" of history, which determine in a way or another the unfolding of the political events, but it is a support/environment where the actors involved in the contemporary geopolitical phenomenon, dispute their own interests according to place and role they have into the international relationship dynamics.

CEL/TEZA: Celem badań było ustalenie aktualnego stanu otwartego dostępu do wyników badań naukowych publikowanych w czasopismach z zakresu historiografii środkowoeuropejskiej. KONCEPCJA/METODY BADAŃ: Metoda badań polegała na przeszukiwaniu bibliograficznych baz danych i wykorzystywaniu wyszukiwarek internetowych oraz na poszukiwaniu i analizowaniu informacji o czasopismach naukowych akceptujących tematy historyczne, a także zapewniających w Internecie otwarty dostęp do artykułów z co najmniej jednego pełnego rocznika. WYNIKI I WNIOSKI: Badania wykazały, że dostępnych środkowoeuropejskim historykom bibliograficznych baz danych nie można uznać za kompletne i wiarygodne źródła informacji o czasopismach naukowych udostępniających artykuły w Internecie na zasadach OA, gdyż zawierają istotne luki i nieścisłości. Powszechnie wykorzystywane wyszukiwarki Google i Google Scholar nie są zaś niezawodnymi dostawcami danych na temat obecności w sieci pełnych tekstów artykułów z zakresu historii, co spowodowane jest błędami popełnianymi przez redakcje czasopism. W rozwoju inicjatyw polegających na publikowaniu bądź to cyfrowych wersji periodyków tradycyjnych, bądź też czasopism tylko cyfrowych w Europie Środkowej zdecydowanie przoduje historiografia polska. Jednakże wartość części z tych inicjatyw jest obniżona przez błędy techniczne i brak dbałości o indeksowanie w bazach bibliograficznych. Dotychczas dostępność prac historyków w sieci nie przekłada się na rozwój naukowej debaty, a nawet na wzrost cytowalności. Obok problemów z indeksowaniem przez bazy bibliograficzne oraz wyszukiwarki Google i Google Scholar, jednym z powodów może być fakt, iż prawie połowa z badanych czasopism preferuje tematykę regionalną - ogólną lub specjalistyczną, co znacznie ogranicza krąg potencjalnie zainteresowanych. Co ciekawe, w przypadku niejednego z badanych periodyków nawet publikowanie po angielsku nie przyczynia się do wzrostu cytowań. ORYGINALNOŚĆ/WARTOŚĆ POZNAWCZA: Artykuł prezentuje mało znane polskim historykom, niebadane nawet przez metodologów historii, ale współcześnie istotne aspekty komunikacji naukowej tej grupy badaczy.

W artykule przedstawiono różnorodne sprawy operacyjne, jakie aparat bezpieczeństwa w okresie Polski Ludowej prowadził przeciwko jezuitom z poszczególnych placówek Prowincji Wielkopolsko-Mazowieckiej Towarzystwa Jezusowego. Wiedzę w tym zakresie uzyskano na podstawie wieloletnich badań i analizy dokumentów pozostawionych przez Służbę Bezpieczeństwa w archiwach Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej. W artykule wymieniono obszary zainteresowania aparatu bezpieczeństwa zakonem jezuitów, jak również poszczególnymi zakonnikami. Z analizy dokumentacji wynikało, że resort bezpieczeństwa chciał poznać całokształt życia zakonnika. W przeważającej mierze aparat bezpieczeństwa interesowała bieżąca praca duszpasterska i kontakty z różnymi grupami społecznymi na wielu płaszczyznach.

The exponentiated Burr Type XII (EBXII) distribution has wide applications in reliability and economic studies. In this article, the estimation of the probability density function and the cumulative distribution function of EBXII distribution is considered. We examine the maximum likelihood estimator, the uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimator, the least squares estimator, the weighted least squares estimator, the maximum product spacing estimator, the Cramér–von-Mises estimator, and the Anderson–Darling estimator. We derive analytical forms for the bias and mean square error. A simulation study is performed to investigate the consistency of the suggested methods of estimation. Data relating to the wind speed and service times of aircraft windshields are used with the studied methods. The simulation studies and real data applications have revealed that the maximum likelihood estimator performs more efficiently than its remaining counterparts.

Katedra pedagogických štúdií a Pedagogická fakulta Trnavskej univerzity v Trnave sa ani napriek globálnej pandémii nevzdali možnosti zorganizovať už tradičnú konferenciu Juvenilia Paedagogica pre študentov doktorandského stupňa štúdia zo Slovenska i zahraničia. Dňa 12.2.2021 sa uskutočnil jej 11. ročník s podtitulom Aktuálne teoretické a výskumné otázky pedagogiky v konceptoch dizertačných prác doktorandov. Po prvýkrát bola súčasťou konferencie aj súťažná sekcia ŠVOK (Študentská vedecká odborná činnosť) pre študentov bakalárskych a magisterských programov. Konferencia sa uskutočnila pod záštitou dekanky fakulty doc. Viery Peterkovej a pedagógov a doktorandov Katedry pedagogických štúdií.

One of the outcomes of the project was the preparation of innovative educational materials and courses. The courses were to reflect the educational areas within the updated Framework Educational Programme. In their content, there was to be a maximum connection of teaching with the use of cross-curricular topics. In the course of these, modern strategies for managing learning activities were to be adequately included.
