Summary/Abstract: Parliamentary elections in the Netherlands take place on March 15. No party will succeed in winning more than 20% of the citizens' votes, and it can already be argued that the outcome will complicate the process of forming a new government, with the coalition isolating the radical right. This is indicated by the order of topics in the pre-election campaign. Topics related to the quality of life (health care, reform of the pension system, etc.) are more prevalent than the so-called major topics, such as identity (immigration and integration) and relations with the EU. In addition, this shows what the citizens are worried about, and what the political elites and the media are concerned about, while on a much broader level, it is perceived that the direction of solving the multi-year crisis of Western society lies in returning to the concept of solidarity, with a determined fight against inequality by revitalizing the concept
