Summary/Abstract: The aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina resulted in genocide and other forms of crimes against humanity and international law committed by Serbian military and police forces. This paper will address the mass graves found in the areas of Srebrenica and Prijedor, the attempts to cover up the crimes, and the relocation of the victims’ remains from primary to secondary graves. Through this work, we aim to highlight the systematic, planned, and organized concealment of mass killings and the role of the highest military, police, and political structures of the Republic of Srpska during the aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our goal is to compare and point out the similarities in the actions and to show that these actions and activities were not the result of individual decisions but were made at the highest level. Additionally, we will highlight the consequences of these actions in terms of the difficulty of finding, exhuming, and identifying the victims.
