Summary/Abstract: Throughout history, others have constantly claimed historical rights over Bosnia and the Bosniak people, forgetting that Bosniaks are an autochthonous people in the areas where they have always existed, with their own identity, ethnogenesis, as well as with their own script, customs, culture, art, and the like. Through programs and projects from “Načertanije” to the “Memorandum” of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the history of the Bosniak people is reflected, which was bloody, horrific and terrible. Thus, Bosniaks have been denied everything that was allowed to other nations in Europe, from culture, their own state, and name, to all other rights. This paper will focus on the historical and state-legal continuity, as well as the cultural identity, of Bosniaks as one of the oldest European peoples in Bosnia, and why they, as such, suffer biological destruction from their neighbors. The fact is that the formation of a genocidal project, namely the creation of an ethnically pure Serbian territory, leads to the extermination of an ethnic group, as well as the physical destruction and biological extermination of a civilized people, crimes and genocide. The focus is on several segments such as the feeling of Serbian superiority, the Serbian policy of denying Bosnia and Herzegovina, the plan to destroy the national and ethnic group as such through various state projects, and the holding of a referendum.
