Summary/Abstract: The present article is dedicated to the didactic integration of pragmatic factual texts. Particularly in the context of teaching German as a foreign language (DaF), the pragmatic-functional perspective gains relevance, as it focuses on authentic language use in concrete communicative situations. Against this background, the aim of the present study is to identify key aspects of pragmatic factual texts and to analyze their significance within th framework of th pragmatic-functional approach in DaF teaching.
