Summary/Abstract: A necessary and essential element of the relationship between banks and their customers is trust, because its loss can cause serious crises in the bank's solvency and push it towards bankruptcy. A very important prerequisite for achieving trust is the awareness and knowledge of customers using banking products and services - loans, deposits, online and mobile banking, etc. This knowledge is part of the banking culture, the basis of which is education in basic banking issues, which includes knowledge of banking terms and the rules for using banking products and services, the Internet and mobile applications of commercial banks.
