Summary/Abstract: Digitalization is the most significant global technological trend affecting the transport sector. Artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and neural networks, combined with the production of smart sensors, aided by economies of scale, mobile devices, and consumer electronics, make it possible to improve the passenger experience and increase the efficiency of freight transport. The purpose of this report is to assess the efficiency of transport through the digitization of key transport processes. It also examines key innovations in transport services that give transport companies a significant advantage in developing logistics efficiency. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of the sector investing in the implementation of innovative solutions for data processing, which is crucial for improving the competitiveness of transport companies in the modern digital era.
